Tolerancia en masa: La desviación en masa es la diferencia entre la masa
suministrada y la masa teórica. Ésta se determina multiplicando la masa teórica
unitaria por el número de metros suministrados. Las tolerancias indicadas en la
siguiente tabla sólo se aplican a lotes de redondos del mismo diámetro iguales
o superiores a 5t. Para lotes inferiores estas tolerancias aumentarían un
tercio.

Falta de escuadrado
La falta de escuadrado se medirá por la diferencia de
las diagonales de una misma sección recta y no será superior al 6% de la
diagonal mayor (tolerancia normal) o al 4% de dicha diagonal (tolerancia
restringida)
La
tolerancia restringida solo es aplicable a cuadrados entre 20 y 80 mm.

Tolerancia de
longitud
Para barras solicitadas a longitud fija, se admite
una tolerancia de corte de ±100
mm. Previa solicitud en el pedido, las barras hasta 12m (inclusive) se
suministraran con +750 y las de longitud superior a 12 m
con tolerancia de +1000 (tolerancia restringida). La tolerancia
de corte en frío deberá convenirse en el pedido, se recomienda la elección de
los valores +50, +100, +250,
+500.
·
Tolerancia de
revirado
Los cuadrados no deben superar un revirado superior a
4º por metro para tolerancias de Nivel I y de 2º por metro con un máximo de 12º
para tolerancias del Nivel II.

Tolerancia en
longitud: Para barras solicitadas a
longitud fija, se admite una tolerancia de corte de ± 100 mm. Previa solicitud en el pedido, las barras de
hasta 12 m (inclusive) se suministrarán con +750 y las de
longitud superior a 12 m con tolerancia de +1000
(tolerancia restringida). Las tolerancias de corte en frío deberán convenirse
en el pedido si bién se recomienda la elección entre los valores +50
; +100 ; +250 ; +500

Tolerancia en masa:
La desviación en masa es la diferencia entre la masa
suministrada y la masa teórica. Esta se determina multiplicando la masa teórica
unitaria por el número de metros.

masa: La desviación en masa es la
diferencia entre la masa suministrada y la masa teórica. Esta se determina
multiplicando la masa teórica unitaria por el número de metros suministrados.

mm.

Rectitud: La tolerancia de rectitud q debe ser de 0.0035 L. La
dimensión q se debe medir sobre toda la longitud L.
·
Tolerancias de masa: Las tolerancias de masa deben ser.: +6-2
% de la masa total para suministros de 5t o más; +8-2.7 %
de la masa total para suministros de menos de 5t. La desviación de la masa debe
